Weapons

Click the Weapons CATEGORIES, it will display the list of all this type of weapons AVAILABLE under this category.

Example: ALL Bolt Action Rifles that are available are listed under ITEMS. If you want only the .303 British then it should read pre-selected beside it. All other Bolt Action Rifles can be available or not available; N/A.

By clicking “N/A” under Categories/Available it will change to “All” which means “On”, or double clicking the weapon under ITEMS/AVAILABLE will change the “available” to “pre-selected” . The Categories/Available will change to a “per-item” selection.

You may wish to have just one category type of weapons available. All other categories should read “N/A”

For choosing only one weapon; all other categories and their items should read “N/A”. Your one weapon should read “pre-selected” or “available.” To pre-select a weapon, click the rifle or weapon under the ITEMS/AVAILABLE on the right side of the screen. Double clicking is for “pre-selecting” a weapon for your primary and/or secondary weapons slot.

You may choose a pre-selected item and still have other weapons or items available to exchange. They still show as “available” under this listing, if they are not shown to be “Off” and appear as “N/A”. This is up to the creator on the limit of selected weapons he grants in the mission.

Enable the secondary weapon slot only if you choose to give the hunter an opinion to switch between two weapons during their hunt. The weapons are selected as they are on the primary slot. The control key in the game is the “g” key it will switch between the two weapons.

Note: All scopes will be available unless they are all turned off and you see the “N/A”

Equipment

Equipment is virtually the same in selecting one or all items as with weapons. You select a category and then click on the item. If you want all that type of equipment to be available then it should read “All”. More than one item in that category to be available to choose from the selection will show “available”. If you wish only one particular item under a category to be available then select it to view “pre-selected” by double clicking over the item.

Below are photos of all available Equipment and Weapons. There is a Weapons Locker on the HU2008 Main Menu Screen with descriptions of the weapons. The word “Scope” is for the weapons that you may add scope attachments to. Not available means no scope may be attached to that weapon.

The Equipment is listed under which categories you will find them listed under the Equipment on the Gear Settings Screen.
