MOA (sight-in)
As promised here is the sight adjustment chart I worked out. Due to some guns being unable to be scoped, or firing buckshot, some guns have been omitted due to inability to get accurate data. Also, these adjustment are good enough to get you into the 75 point ring on the rifle range targets. Due to lack of single click adjustments that is the best I could do.
Have fun and good hunting.
An explanation of how MOA adjustments work in the HU series has been added to the bottom of this page.

The MOA sight-in chart to 400 yds was originally created by bblack45110/bblack50110 and WAS posted on the OLD HU3 Forums (which no longer is operated by Arush ..so we can’t view it) at:
http://www.huntingunlimited3.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=459 .
It has since been added to for ranges of 450-650 yds.
Used by permission.
Added in Red. CatskillCat has provided the 700yd MOAs.
All weapons sited using 4.5×14 scope all MOA Adjustments checked 2-3x w/midline hits on targets
* Unable to produce strikes beyond 675 yds, if someone is able to obtain farther strikes pls post the MOA Adjustments for this weapon
on the HU3 site.
** All MOA Adjustment #’s are based on shooting at the target using a downward angle of trajectory. You may need to increase the MOA #
if shooting at a flatter angle – suggest you increase MOA adjustment by 2 clicks @ a time till you strike your target
Here’s the pin distance for the compound bow sights
red- top pin-25 yds
green- middle pin-35 yds
blue- bottom pin-55yds
Click here to download a text file with this MOA chart for your reference.
Thanks to bblack50110 and CatskillCat!

In the HU series, the scopes/sights are adjustable in approx. 1/2 clicks. i.e. a single adjustment will change the MOA by approx. 0.5 inch per 100 yds.
To make an adjustment use the comma < , > to increase the MOA and the period < . > to reduce it. Using the forward slash < / > will reset the MOA to factory settings. *** Which varies per weapon as to the range used for the factory settings***
In hunting terms, MOA represents the adjustments needed to correct a weapon’s zero setting at 100 yds. The further a bullet goes, the more it drops due to gravity.
As an example, at the range you shoot the 100 yd target. If, with the crosshairs directly on the bullseye, your shot hits 2 inches low, you need to increase your MOA by 2. Read the MOA settings on the screen as you use the comma to increase your MOA ** this would be four commas ** < ,,,, > – as each represents 1/2 an MOA at 100 yards.
For further ranges everything is multiplied by the factor over 100. For example 400 yard adjustments are 4 times the equivalent 100 yard adjustment. To clarify, if you were 2 inches high at 400 yards, you would reduce your MOA by a single period < . > At 400 yards each MOA represents 4 inches at the target ** one period reduces by 1/2 an MOA times 4 equals 2 inches.**
For more information on why hunting uses the guideline of 1 MOA = 1 inch at 100 yards, click this link.
