Muzzle Energy
Just a little info.
The “power” of a gun is measured by muzzle energy. HU08 does not provide this information directly, but enough information is provided in the form of bullet weight and muzzle velocity.
The formula is:
(Bullet Weight) X (Muzzle Velocity) Squared / 450,411
The 450,411 comes from information a little more detailed than this discussion allows.
W = Bullet weight in grains
MV = Muzzle velocity in feet per second

With this formula you can measure the power of any rifle/pistol cartridge. Cannot measure shotguns or bows, but here is the breakdown on all the other weapons in HU08, in order of power.

This is the energy at the muzzle. Ballistics can be used to show that around 500yds+ the 7mm becomes the most powerful gun in HU08, based on retained energy.
